Arnon Brook Group (“Arnon Brook,” “we” or “us”) is aware that the personal data of its customers and other individuals is important. DELIVERY

  1. We aim to deliver the Item to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order.
  2. We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  3. On delivery of the Item, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Item for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Item in case of future discussions with us about it.
  4. It might not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  5. We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you can be further discussed and is subject to additional charges.
  6. All risk in the Item shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Item.
  7. You must take care when opening the Item so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
  8. You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Item without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
  9. Consumers are advised to follow any instruction or and information provided on the prodyct packaging. We sill not be responsible for any side effect or damaged caused by consumer not following any instruction or and information provided on the item packaging.
  10. Delivery of Order will only be made within Indonesia.

RETURN POLICY

You are eligible to return the product you have ordered and received, and do not need to pay an additional carriage cost or servicing cost as you have paid in completing your order, if only :

  • The product you have received is not the same with the product you have ordered, in terms of article and color name.
  • The product you have received has defect or damage in any condition upon receiving.
  • The product you wish to return has not been worn and/or washed, and in complete and perfect condition (in their original packaging, with tags and original receipt) as it is as when you received it.
  • The product can only be returned within a maximum period of 7 days after the order is received.

How do I make a return ?

  • Contact to our Customer Service at arnonbrook_official@arnonbrook.com  or 021-2977 9545 within 7 days of receipt of items and provide the following information from the return form.
  • Our Customer Service will contact you by email or telephone to confirmation the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our Customer Service (usually within 3-5 days working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and issued to your bank account within 7 days working days.
  • Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be processed. We are not responsible for items that are returned to us in error.

You cannot exchange the item that have been purchased.
